About Us
Across the United States, cost—not distance—now ranks among the most stubborn barriers to care: 12 percent of working-age adults postpone or skip needed visits each year because they simply can’t pay. Even when people do seek help, bills linger; nearly one-quarter of Americans report struggling to pay medical debt. Those pressures are magnified for “optional” but life-changing procedures—male breast-reduction surgery, for example, averages more than $5,500 and is seldom covered by insurance.
DayLane Health emerged to close this twin gap in preventive and elective care. Formed by a coalition of local physicians, business leaders, and student volunteers, we pair free on-site screenings with targeted fundraising so families can tackle health problems early—and, when necessary, afford procedures insurance leaves behind. Our flagship Healing Horizons event channels the energy of chamber-of-commerce interns, EMTs, and community clinicians into a month-long clinic that delivers check-ups, cholesterol tests, and health counseling at no cost. Every dollar raised then flows straight back into the community: underwriting an uninsured child’s surgery, equipping a mobile clinic, or covering a hospital’s operating shortfall.
We believe access should be proactive, dignified, and local. By weaving together volunteer power, clinical expertise, and business partnerships, DayLane Health turns barriers into bridges—helping under-served families protect their health today and their horizons tomorrow.
Our Mission Statement
DayLane Health exists to bring preventive medicine to the doorstep and to fund essential procedures that insurance excludes, ensuring that every family—regardless of income—can safeguard their health, dignity, and future.
Commitment to Excellence
DayLane Health’s reach is not expansive, yet we are dedicated to providing the best for our localized target and range. Our small impact will be another spark across the globe as a global movement against accessible preventive care for under-served families and health equity.
